Terms of Use

- Anyone of legal age may participate, with exceptions including commercial (real estate) brokers or employment agencies.
1. General
The WOLOHO Letters are a service provided by WOLOHO GmbH and offer weekly updates on job opportunities, commercial spaces, and business development (Workletter), mutual support, connections, love, events, courses, services, workshops, training programs, and retreats (Loveletter), as well as apartment rentals, swaps, and housing requests (Homeletter). Additionally, users can subscribe to an optional newsletter for special offers, discounts, and news, sent at irregular intervals.
Every week we send the Letters to our diverse community worldwide. WOLOHO is also available in English; the language of the listings remains unaffected by this.
Users may be private individuals, self-employed persons, or companies. Commercial (real estate) brokers, comparable platforms, employment agencies, headhunters, and similar entities are excluded.
2. Receiving Letters
To sign up, all you need is an email address. You confirm your registration via an activation link (double opt-in). Changes to your email address, Letter selection, or the special offers subscription can be made through “Letter Settings” within any Letter. Upon registration, a free contract (WOLOHO Letter subscription) is established. Registration is only permitted for legal entities and natural persons with full legal capacity. Minors are not permitted to register. Only one registration per person is allowed.
3. Cancelling Letter receipt
You can unsubscribe from the Letters at any time via the Letter Settings or the “Unsubscribe from all Letters” link at the bottom of each Letter. WOLOHO GmbH may terminate receipt at any time without notice if the Terms of Use or Community Agreements are not observed.
4. Creating listings
Listings are created using the submission forms on the WOLOHO website. We personally review every listing and approve it before it appears in the weekly Letter. Letters are sent on a weekly basis. The standard duration of a listing is 1 week. For paid listings, the duration can be extended (see section 6). Once the duration expires, the listing will no longer be published in new Letters. You can edit, delete, or request changes to your listings at any time through your customer account or by emailing us.
For Workspace listings in the Workletter and for Homeletter listings, up to 3 photos can be uploaded, which are displayed in the online Letter (not in the email Letter).
Customer account
Users who create paid listings receive a customer account where they can manage, edit, delete, withdraw, and resubmit personal data, newsletter selections, and active and past listings. Credit packages can also be purchased there (see section 6).
Responsibility and content
Advertisers are solely responsible for their content. WOLOHO GmbH does not adopt this content as its own and is not obligated to review it pursuant to § 7 DDG. Advertisers must ensure that their content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or public decency, and that they hold the necessary usage rights. All identity information must be truthful. Posting listings under a false identity may have criminal consequences.
Links are permitted as long as they do not lead to external job portals, classified ad platforms, or housing marketplaces. Listings with sexist, pornographic, racist, or illegal content are prohibited, as are offers that violate laws or public decency (including but not limited to weapons, materials harmful to minors, propaganda items, protected animals, pirated copies, medications, narcotics).
Submitted content is reviewed both manually and automatically before publication. WOLOHO GmbH assumes no responsibility for the content or its legality and reserves the right to move, modify, or delete listings at any time.
5. Community Agreements
Respectful interaction and the well-being of our community are especially important to us. Our Community Agreements reflect our values: diversity, fairness, humanity, mindfulness, sustainability, and authenticity. They apply to everyone who creates listings, receives Letters, forwards offers, or responds to offers. We expect all members to engage fairly, openly, and without discrimination, to provide honest information in listings, to offer fair rental prices, and to communicate transparently. 6. Prices
All prices per week, net plus 19% VAT. Listings appear by default for 1 week (one issue).

With Top placement, the listing appears in a dedicated category above all others.
Extended duration
For paid listings, the duration can be extended. You save compared to individual bookings: In the Workletter, 10% for 2 weeks and 30% for 4 weeks (each based on the corresponding multiple of the net total price). In the Loveletter, 10% for 2 weeks.
Credit packages
Credit packages can be purchased in advance through your customer account and used for listings:

All credit prices are net plus VAT.
Payment
Listings can be paid for by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, other displayed payment methods, or by credit balance. Payment is only charged after the listing has been reviewed and accepted. In the Workletter and Loveletter, payment by invoice is also available (payment term: 14 days, sent electronically only). In the event of late payment, WOLOHO GmbH reserves the right to process new orders only upon prepayment.
7. Refunds
A credit can be issued as long as the listing has not yet been published. To request this, contact us before the respective submission deadline (Workletter: Mon 2 PM, Loveletter: Tue 2 PM, Homeletter: Wed 2 PM). After publication, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 Abs. 4 BGB. If the link editing service was used, the link fee remains due even if the listing is cancelled before publication.
8. Usage rights
You grant WOLOHO GmbH a simple, unrestricted right of use — unlimited in time, territory, and content — for all known and as yet unknown types of use regarding all content (images, texts, descriptions), including publication, reproduction, distribution, making publicly available, database rights, and transfer to third parties.
The WOLOHO Letter is protected by copyright as a database and may be forwarded unchanged in its entirety. Modification or inclusion in other databases is not permitted.
9. Liability
WOLOHO GmbH does not become a contracting party to any agreements concluded as a result of a listing. It is not liable for losses or damages arising from transactions between users. No guarantee is given for linked external content; links will be removed if they are found to violate the law.
Users shall indemnify WOLOHO GmbH against third-party claims arising from unauthorized use. Violations will be sanctioned by account deletion or suspension, and in serious cases by legal action. No guarantee is given for the accuracy, quality, or legality of listings, nor for the identity or conduct of users. No liability is assumed for damage to hardware or software. One hundred percent availability is not guaranteed.
10. Availability
WOLOHO GmbH may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice, particularly if proper operation cannot be ensured for technical or legal reasons.
11. Data protection
WOLOHO GmbH complies with applicable data protection regulations. Personal data is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties. By registering, you consent to the storage of your data. You may request its deletion at any time. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
12. Final provisions
We are available Monday through Thursday. Please report any rule-violating listings, violations, or dubious offers to hello@woloho.com. WOLOHO GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. You agree to any changes unless you object by email within 14 days. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Berlin.
